Loss and Gain...

What happens ....

when you stop taking Chips, Ice Cream, Cheese, Yogurt, all saturated fat food and trans fat, coke or soda,

Start taking Green tea, only two coffees a day, little rice, fruits and fruit juices for continuous five days

Work out for 7 days in last 10 days...

Results in loss of 6 pounds.. :-) need to lose another 6 pounds..

I am cautiously happy..santhoshathalla weight podaa kodathula..

Dieting...thats a forbidden word in my dictionary.....I think workouts are gud but dieting hurts...to see every possible gud thing on earth and be without eating!Tough game

dei... make sure you eat the calories you need! loosing so much in lil time isn healthy either
